The Chief Financial Officer at the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth serves on the CEO's senior leadership team; oversees and manages financial matters, investments, and information systems; and provides strategic direction and leadership for YMCA business operations and initiatives. The Chief Financial Officer also positions the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth as a community convener and collaborator to address critical issues. The YMCA Association Resource Office is the central hub for support and resources for the entire YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. The yearly salary range for this role is between $175,000 to $190,000, which will be determined based on the candidates experience and qualifications.
