Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support. Proven track record of successful SAP FICO projects, preferably in a lead role. Experience with S/4HANA Finance is a significant advantage.

Skills: Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes and principles. Proficiency in SAP FICO modules configuration and integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
