Prior experience as any of the following systems engineers: Readiness, GEOINT, IMINT, SIGINT system engineer, release, readiness.
Deep knowledge of NRO systems engineering processes and mission operations.
Experience in program lifecycle management, including concept development, design, deployment, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.
Proficiency in developing CONOPS requirements, interface control documentation, technical specifications, and architecture designs.
Familiarity with systems development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Spiral, Waterfall) and cloud technologies.
Strong self-starter who proactively addresses customer requirements with minimal supervision.
Excellent communicator with impeccable interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
Master at collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders, capable of building consensus and driving project success.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Outlook, MS Project, and familiarity with MBSE/Digital Engineering tools.
Real-time operations experience relevant to the specialized area of expertise would be advantageous.
