Position: Transportation and CFC contractor

Location: Fort Worth

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Hours: Varies

Here's what you'll be doing:

Staff Attendant needed for a 37-year-old male client is verbal and needs a staff to transport him to various places such as doctor appointments, work (hours will vary), and local grocery stores. Staff will need to be patient when transporting this individual and use good judgment of client needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiently communicates in the functional language of the individual to whom the CFC is assigned
  • Feels comfortable working in close physical proximity to individual while frequently using touch to communicate with and instruct individuals who are primarily tactile learners
  • Demonstrates emotional maturity, stability, and ability to perform under stress, and possesses frustration tolerance
  • Shows ability to exercise good judgment, cooperation, tact, and discretion in dealing with the individual, family, etc.
  • Shows interest in developing additional knowledge and skills
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must NOT be the spouse of the individual to whom the CFC is assigned: or if the individual is under 18 years of age, a parent of the individual to whom the CFC is assigned.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Texas Drivers' License.
