What’s the Job?

As a Memory Systems Engineer, your role will encompass executing a variety of electrical, functional, and system tests focused on DDR5 and LPDDR5x memory sub-systems. Working within a post-silicon platform engineering team, you will utilize hardware and software validation tools, as well as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, to ensure the robustness and performance of memory subsystems. Your responsibilities will extend to developing technical test plans and tools to facilitate platform-level silicon bring-up and validation execution. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing and debugging test data to inform production SOC and system solution decisions. Supporting lab functions, including rework, inventory management, and system testing of platforms, will also be part of your duties.

What’s Needed?

•    A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields is required, with at least 1 year of directly related experience. An advanced degree will be considered a plus.

•    Demonstrated technical expertise in developing and executing platform-level memory interface electrical and functional test plans is essential.

•    Strong knowledge of PC architectures and system technologies is preferred.

•    Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, reading schematics, and interpreting layout design files is necessary.

•    Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively communicate with various engineering disciplines and management levels.
