RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR:

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will coordinate and process customer invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to billing schedules and company policies. ????

Conduct regular analysis of accounts receivable data to identify trends, detect anomalies, and provide insights to management for decision-making. ???

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure timely payment collections. ???

Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate records of customer payments, adjustments, and credit memos. ???

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers, communicating outstanding balances and payment terms effectively. ???

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR:

Accounts receivable or similar finance experience.

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator must have attention to detail and accuracy.
