THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms and other marketing channels
  • Help manage and update the company's website and social media profiles
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events and activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
