Who your customers are and how this role delivers
Your external customers are our clients, prospects and business community members. Your internal customers will be Principle Auto associates, our vendors and contractors. You'll provide value by treating all customers with the highest sense of integrity, honesty and respect.
The Service Advisor is a front line associate who is a liaison between the customer and the technician. They assist the customer with taking care of their vehicle, writing the repair order, facilitating the servicing and walking the customer's vehicle through the entire service process.
Responsibilities of the Service Advisor include:
* Greet service customers upon arrival
* Effectively document service concerns
* Ability to initiate automotive service and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and service requests
* Coordinate with Certified Technicians to address service concerns
* Communicate with customers throughout the service process
* Must meet and exceed service goals set by management
* Exceed the customer's expectations as to the overall service experience
