Mortgage Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Mortgage Broker to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to break into the mortgage industry. You will be provided with company-generated refinance leads and receive comprehensive training and licensing support to become a licensed mortgage broker. Previous mortgage experience is a plus, but strong sales experience is essential.

Responsibilities

•Manage and nurture inbound refinance leads provided by the company
•Conduct consultative sales calls with prospective clients
•Guide clients through the mortgage refinance process and provide expert advice
•Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience
•Stay updated on industry trends and mortgage products to provide accurate information to clients
•Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service

Qualifications

•Strong phone sales experience is required
•Sales experience is a must, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
•Mortgage experience is not required but is a plus
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing industry conditions
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to take initiative
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
