e3 Diagnostics is seeking an Accounts Recievable Specialist who will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers. This position supports multiple sales offices across the United States, focusing on tracking, obtaining, and accurately recording payments.

Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts and communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers, and identify collection candidates.
Become expert in our OneDiagnostic computer system (Navision) while responding to customers and field sales teams.
Provide excellent customer service with face-to-face, verbal, and written communication while working in a collaborative and team environment.
Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.
Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.
Support other accounting and finance team members with credit rebills.
Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting and comply with national and local financial requirements.
All other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong mathematical skills.
Possess an understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to keep company and partner confidences.
Familiar with commonly used accounting ERP systems, such as Navision, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent.
Experience in accounts receivable.
Experience in driving process improvement.
Travel:
None.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
