Our client is a Fortune 200 global diversified industrial manufacturer in the Greater Louisville area. They are seeking a Division HR Manager with experience in multi-site manufacturing to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the HR team in providing support to our various manufacturing locations. Working closely with the General Manager, the Division HR Manager will be a strategic partner, administrative expert, team member champion and change agent.

The Opportunity:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across multiple manufacturing sites

- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees in all HR related matters

- Act as the strategic business partner between Operations and the HR function.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations

- Develop and maintain employee relations programs that foster positive employee relations

- Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment

- Assist in assessing needs, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating division training initiatives; ensure training is directly related to business goals.

- Manage the division succession planning process.

- Oversee the division performance management practices.

- Manage HR budget and provide regular reports to senior management

- Lead the HR team and ensure that all team members are working towards departmental goals and objectives

What we are seeking:

- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field

- 10-12 years HR experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.

- 5+ years leading a team of HR professionals

- Grit, action oriented, strategic business partner that can balance the strategic & tactical

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus

- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
