This position is located in-office 4 days a week (with 1 day remote) at our Central Store Support office (Rockville, MD).Execute Base Pricing of assigned categories within the established strategy and directive from the Director of Pricing.Manage and execute all steps of promotional programs.Maintain a positive score on Category Scorecard for assigned categories.Generate and maintain key pricing metric reports as directed by the Director.Support the development of department SOPs, initiatives and other change processes as requested and meet all deadlines associated with initiative rollouts and other system improvements.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, economics, data science or related field2-5 years in field or careerAbility to work with and interpret large amounts of dataAdvanced proficiency with Excel and Google SheetsExcellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlinesAbility to understand and absorb information rapidlyStrong ability to prioritize projects and execute efficientlyHigh standards of performance for self and othersAbility to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demandsDependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problemsExperience in a fast-paced work environmentInterest in company culture and desire to grow in the fieldNice to have:Experience with Price optimization software, Alteryx, SQL, and TableauExecuting base and promotional retail pricing strategiesMOM's participates in E-Verify (for more information, click here: E-verify Participation and Right to Work).
