- Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field 5 to 7 years of banking in a CSR/banch management role or 3+ years of work experience in treasury/cash management Experience in a corporate or bank operations environment is preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills, including Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines with excellent organizational skills Proactive and motivated to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Treasury operations Think strategically while paying close attention to detail Working knowledge and understanding of bank products and services Ability to follow directions and work with little supervision
