Job Description

We're looking for a diligent and detail-oriented People Service Center Assistant for a temporary short-term assignment. The primary responsibility of this role will be to digitize all employee files by scanning and organizing them.

Responsibilities
  • Digitize all employee files by scanning and organizing them efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to employee records.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are properly categorized.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for various data management tasks.
