Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

  • De?ne the scope, objectives and deliverables of the project in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders.

Team Coordination:

  • Lead multidisciplinary web and mobile development teams.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between developers, designers, QA and other team members.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

Management:

  • Gather and document project requirements, ensuring a clear and detailed understanding of customer needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical speci?cations for the development
  • team.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.

Quality Control:

  • Implement and supervise quality control processes to ensure high quality of the
  • ?nal product.
  • Coordinate software testing, including unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage the resolution of problems and defects.

Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop contingency plans and alternative solutions to ensure project continuity.

Interaction with Stakeholders:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project review meetings and status presentations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects aligned with customer
  • expectations and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or
  • related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on web
  • development and mobile applications.
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles and software testing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Results-oriented approach and attention to detail.
