This role will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and following up on outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Generate and send out invoices to customers Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable Assist with month-end closing processes Communicate with customers to address any billing inquiries or issues Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and payment processing Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience with accounting software preferred Knowledge of basic accounting principles All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment screenings, including background check and drug screen
