General Responsibilities / Job Summary:

The LINKBANK receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees in the Camp Hill HQ. The receptionist will create a welcoming environment and provide excellent customer service.

Essential Functions/Duties:

  2. This position requires the employee to possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn, while providing superior client services to all members of LINKBANK.
  3. Greet visitors and clients in a friendly manner.
  4. Notify employees of visitor arrival at the office.
  5. Receive, sort and deliver mail and packages.
  6. Maintain the reception area and common areas. Keep them clean and tidy.
  7. Answer questions about the bank and its services.
  8. Maintain security of the offices by recording who enters the building.
  9. Write agendas, schedule meetings times, send invitations and take meeting minutes for various committee meetings (LINKing Together, Wellness, Celebration, LINK Up, etc.)
  10. Responsible for office supply inventory and ordering supplies as need and before supplies are depleted.
  11. Keep email distribution list current as committee members change for various committees.
  12. Manage the bank's pool car fleet at HQ, track mileage, schedule maintenance and ensure all users are authorized to use the cars. Maintain the signing in and out of the vehicles. Ensure pool car users have been pre-approved by Human Resources.
  13. Coordinate rooms, participant list and outreach for manager trainings.
  14. Coordinate catering for executive meetings and company events.
  15. Other duties as assigned.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with clear direction from supervisor.
  • Attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to be proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills including, MS Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an office environment

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed to meet the requirements of the role.

Physical and Mental Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to verbally communicate instructions and information clearly, concisely, and accurately to our clients and other employees.???
  • Must be able to read and comprehend sometimes complex schedules, and details to process correspondence accurately, while providing exceptional client service.?
  • Manual dexterity for the functional operation of office equipment, computer terminal, and other office equipment.?
  • Must have visual acuity required to work at a computer terminal.?
  • Mobility enough to coordinate activities in department and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Availability between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The banks core hours of operation.
