  • Design, develop, and implement JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) solutions, including custom applications, reports, and integrations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions within the JD Edwards environment.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and optimal performance.
  • Optimize existing JD Edwards applications to enhance performance, user experience, and functionality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues and provide support for day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within JD Edwards modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
  • Develop and maintain integrations between JD Edwards and other enterprise applications or systems using tools like Orchestrator, EDI, and APIs (REST and SOAP).
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Stay current with JD Edwards updates, tools, and industry best practices to ensure optimal use of the platform.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience and/or Training:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience working in JD Edwards development.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL.
  • Proven experience in developing system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Orchestrations, or middleware.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Experience and/or Training:

  • Experience with JD Edwards upgrades
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for integration purposes.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Business terms and related business processes

License/ Certification

  • Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., SQL, AWS, Azure, Mulesoft, etc.).
