The Opportunity: As a contract specialist, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your contract management knowledge to consult on contract negotiations and development processes and practices on behalf of the U.S. Space Force. You'll be a trusted advisor and a valuable collaborator who finds creative solutions to complex problems. You'll use your expertise to capture, implement, and assist in a diverse range of proposals, new contracts and existing contracts across a breadth of contract types and renew strategic alliances. In this role, you'll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You'll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies. You'll apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor team members across a breadth of contract types.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
