Base pay range $50.00/hr - $58.00/hr Team Lead Recruitment | Interviewing, Screening Resumes Will initially work remotely but will be asked to report to the new office once the new office has been determined. The Expense Management and Strategic Sourcing team is responsible for effectively managing client's external spend, while continuously seeking areas of opportunity to create cost efficiencies throughout the firm. In addition, this teams mission is to offer comprehensive spend transparency through innovative analytics. The team utilizes this data to optimize expenses through the application of traditional and non-traditional cost reduction strategies. Your role and responsibilities Your role will primarily be responsible for supporting special projects and expense management activities across all categories of spend within the firm, including, but not limited to, Technology, Market Data, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. Ideal candidates are required to possess a strong background in analytics, consultative engagements, expense management, and communications (PowerPoint). This role will also benefit from experience in sourcing, project and change management. This role will include exposure to senior management. Responsibilities Identifies, establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers internally and externally Analyzes external & internal spend data to identify savings opportunities and strategies Provides subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders, team members, colleagues, etc. on projects Participates in both internal and external projects that are broad in scope and closely tied to the organizational strategy Contributes to the improvement and development of strategic, operational, and tactical processes to achieve the most cost effective and efficient sourcing practices Coordinates discussions and reviews with various internal and external stakeholders Leads/assists competitive bid evaluations and provides recommendations based on thorough analysis Creates executive summary presentations for senior management review You will need the following skills and experience Education Required: Degree qualified in relevant discipline or equivalent working experience Experience Required: 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant discipline Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills Strong skills in both verbal and written communication Skills in problem identification, analysis, and resolution Must be adaptable and flexible Must be a team player Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex operating environment Strategic Tasks: 60-70% Lead Contract Negotiations Stakeholder Influence & management Senior leader visibility Opportunity Identification Spend Analysis Various other operational & system duties The below would be preferred, but not required: Experience with Power BI, or other analytical tools a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Industries Financial Services and Investment Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
