A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT As a Project Superintendent, you provide on-site project management from pre-construction planning through project completion. You lead field personnel and subcontractors and are the driving force behind producing the desired project results. You ensure that projects are completed as designed and stay organized, under budget, and on schedule. Your dedication drives you to work the necessary time to fulfill the requirements of project objectives and completion schedule.
