We are looking for a Rock Star that knows how to wow guest and empress the staff.
We are looking for an upbeat, energetic, enthusiastic candidate who is detail oriented and competitive. We are looking for a candidate that wants to work for a company that wants to be part of a great team and lead the Guest service department to champion status.
As a front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all front office associates provide the highest quality of guest service. You will be responsible for making sure all front Office associates are keeping up with all training that is required by IHG and Holiday Inn Express and Suites.. You will be covering desk shifts and taking on a leadership role. You will be taking phone calls from your team for call outs and helping to find coverage for all shifts as needed. You will be involved in training and on-boarding all new team members. You will be making sure all policies and procedures are being followed. You will be assigned heart of house champion, you will be involved in all champion calls and watching all recordings and passing along all information to your front desk team members as it becomes available to you. You will make sure we are hitting our goals for all monthly enrollments.
