The Brand Manager implements marketing plan (strategy) for brands, based on the global and Business unit category strategy and in order to achieve short and long-term sales, profit and market share targets. The role is responsible for portfolio deployment, range management, campaign translation and execution, artwork translation, local brand management and compiling and sharing key market insights conform agreed brand meaning and visual identity. Responsibilities / Key activities Delivers country financial plan (AOP) by achieving the defined market share and brand(s) equity targets. Works closely with Senior Brand Manager and takes participation in brand (s) annual plan including brand portfolio strategy development in frame of AOP cycle. Manages and implements brand (s) annual plan & portfolio strategy under the supervision of Senior Brand Manager. Working with local team generates ideas for NPD and implements NPD’s for local and global brands, to ensure category and brand growth. Manages local product adaptations within the context of central innovation decision making and coordinates all activities within the scope of local launches of New Product Development or Product Adaptations with involvement of PCM, Innovation manager and CI (I4G/A4E) Prepares monthly reports and presentations and leads regular monthly marketing meetings. Supports Senior Brand Manager to prepare presentations for various internal meetings as on local also on global level. Manages Advertising & Promotional budget and provides inputs to finance team on monthly base. Manages external communication activities (including social media but not limited) and maintains relationship with local media, BTL and other advertising partners in line with the communication and media strategy as defined by the Category Marketing Leader. Translates the category / brand strategy guidelines into local communication campaigns by managing local execution of advertisement and promotion activities. Develop & Executes category/Brand Annual Activity Grid in the country by managing local execution of advertisement and promotion activities under the supervision of Senior Brand Manager. Translates brand packaging design guidelines into local brand artwork. Manages and develops local brands (i.e. developing local brand meaning & visual identity, manage local product adaptations etc.) within central Category guidelines and is responsible for executing local brand activation by using above- and below-the-line instruments within the context of central brand activation guidelines. Is responsible for compiling local knowledge and key market insight and sharing this information with the central marketing organization for potential innovations and trends. Experienced Brand Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience. FMSG sector experience is preferred. Strong strategic and analytical skills; P&L management. Experience utilizing various research data reporting and analysis. Proven ability to meet strict deadlines, result oriented. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willing to word in team. Self-starter and able to demonstrate initiative. Georgian – fluent. English – advanced level. Russian – advanced level.
