The Becklar Event Marketing Manager will identify, manage, coordinate and support key external marketing events for the Becklar family of brands. The Event Marketing Manager will work with brand managers to identify new events to build pipeline in emerging markets, and coordinate, manage and promote all customer-facing events – including working with event sponsors and exhibition services, managing all event assets, assist with planning and promoting the events, sourcing and managing event swag, capturing new leads and opportunities, and reporting on event success. The Event Marketing Manager will report to Becklar’s Senior Marketing Director and be part of a dynamic, supportive team. Duties/Responsibilities: Develop an event marketing strategy including objectives, goals and target audiences Proactively lead planning meetings with key stakeholders to prepare a master plan for each event including:

Booth: Size, location, layout, design Message: Signage, collateral Promotions: Sponsorship and advertising opportunities Branded swag Product: Demos or samples Staff Coordination: Attendees, attire, set-up & take-down, booth coverage Speaking/Presentations: Opportunities for company leadership

Engage with vendors to ensure all elements for each event are ordered and delivered on schedule Initiate and manage design and production of all printed and digital events marketing materials (signage, collateral, ads, etc.) Order & manage inventory of all promotional swag items for third-party and company events Mange the shipping of all event booth assets, signage, swag, and collateral – to and from events Coordinate event set-up and take-down Manage campaigns in support of events when appropriate Travel to some events to manage onsite Research trends in event planning to develop new ideas Manage printed collateral inventory, storage, and distribution Manage swag inventory, storage, and distribution Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Creativity to identify new ways to drive traffic and generate leads from events Hands-on experience managing third-party and company event Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to create and manage an events budget Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required At least three years’ experience in event planning and management
