Bartender responsibilities include: - Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. Good Bartenders will be able to follow our cocktail receipts and suggestively sell our beverage/food items with in depth knowledge. This service must exceed our customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly pay rate and tips.
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Prepair, Restock, and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Monitor and ensure safe beverage consumption in the restaurant
- Accurate cash handling
- Actively clean and sanitize all bar / preparation surfaces
- Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
- Current Operators Liquor License for the local municipality
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate

- Bartenders are friendly, highly organized and proactive professionals. They are efficient and have exceptional customer service skills. They have a wide range of knowledge regarding Liquor, Beer, Wine, and nonalcoholic alternatives.
- Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving drink orders in addition to food orders. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing information pertaining to beer, wine, and liquor, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. They also handle food orders directly from customers or the wait staff and inform customers of any specials. They ensure food and beverage compliance, restock bar inventory, and manage the overall bar operations.
