Sr. Executive Assistant Location: Atlanta, Georgia Provides support and assistance to executives that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles. Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others. Handles confidential information and communications. Full comprehension of the companys operation and procedures. May also be responsible for training and supervising lower level clerical staff. Uses discretion and judgement and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executives activities. Supports: 2 Senior Level DIRs and other EA team members indirectly Top 3 skills: (1) Strong communication skills in working with partners across functional groups (2) Flexible and ability to anticipate needs (3) strong coordination skills Primary Tasks Calendar management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives. Communication: Handle internal and external communications on behalf of executives, (manage emails & slacks) Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by executives. Event planning: Organize and coordinate events, such as conferences, meetings, and team-building activities. Expense management: Track and manage expenses, including processing expense reports and budgeting. Concur familiarity is a plus. Project support: Assist with the management and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Stakeholder engagement: Act as a liaison between executives and other stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships across the organization.
