Your Primary Responsibilities: Manage the core operations and infrastructure for the Talent Acquisition team and ensure we achieve hiring success by building and delivering enablement programs to support the recruiting team, hiring managers, and interviewers across DTCC Lead and develop a team of 6 geographically diverse (global), successful operations professionals through mentorship and coaching Assist Operations Leader to quickly resolve production issues when they arise and address the root cause Lead all aspects of tracking and reporting for internal controls; report on team and individual performance through management testing, tool usage and operational breaks Manage reconciliation of preboarding activity and ensure background check completion for FTE candidates.
