Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager the Truck Sales Coordinator will provide critical levels of support to the Sales department.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Maintain and manage accurate documentation

* Handle all pre-delivery paperwork

* Conduct daily inventory checks and take necessary follow up actions

* Manage inventory, including tracking of in transit movement

* Provide support in delivery of equipment

* Promote other businesses of the organization: new and used trucks, parts, service, body shop, finance, insurance, rentals and leasing.

* Other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Requires a 2 year Associate Degree in Business or Sales related field, or High school diploma and inside or outside sales experience.

* Excellent customer service and good communication skills essential.

* Attention to detail, strong organizational, multi-tasking and data entry skills a must.

* Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft and Google applications preferred.

* Dependable and reliable attendance required.

* Professional appearance and demeanor that instills a positive, helpful first impression in our customers.

* Valid drivers license required; CDL preferred.
