Unit size: ILH 12 BEDS, IMMC 23 BEDS (ILH has capped beds currently)N:P ratio: IMMC Day 4.5, Eve 4.5 Night 7.6 (Max Ratio Day 6 and Night 9) ILH Day/Night 6What types of Rehab patients will the clinician care for? Acute Rehab patient population can be: Spinal cord injury, brain injury, oncology, limb loss, trauma/ortho, general debilitation. Nurses with Acute Rehab background or Med-Surg background are the most successful with our population.Requirement description : ideal candidate has Acute Rehab and/or Med Surg background in hospital settingMUST be able to handle a variety of patients independently (neuro, ortho, trauma, oncology, etc)Client prefers that the Clinicians do not take more than 7 days off in a 13 week contract. 1+ year of travel, OR, multiple travel contracts completed, OR, 4+ years of FTE at one facility - requiredPROFILE REQUIREMENTS:Work history/resumeHome/taxable address (just need to be listed somewhere in profile, ex. resume, in the notes section of the submittal)Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date)License verificationCopy of BLS (AHA) or ARCReferences - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an ofCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : BLS (AHA)STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : IowaADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Stroke Certification encouraged due to patient populationWeekend Requirements : every other or every 3rd including holiday rotationOn Call Requirements : n/a
