A2Z Sync is a disruptor in the automotive industry-transforming the sales process into a transparent experience for customers and providing the tools necessary for dealers to transact.

Overview

A2Z's Project Managers are responsible for leading our clients through onboarding and the implementation of our software. Team members in this position will serve as a partner to the client and will be the single point of contact gathering all necessary information following through on any deliverables. The goal of our Project Managers is to help our clients successfully transition to A2Z by providing operational, technical, and training support. As well as provide consultation on best practices and process improvements.

Our office is located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) in Greenwood Village, CO, but this position can be 100% remote. You'll be expected to be available during core "office hours", which are based on US Mountain Time. This role may require up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product implementation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for our customers during the Implementation process to manage all aspects of the implementation lifecycle ensuring customer success.
  • Maintain and execute the project plan tracking project milestones, activities, tasks, and customer meeting minutes utilizing the Monday management system.
  • Report project progress, including deliverables, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies to both customers, and Management.
  • Collaborate with Training to schedule client training for optimal adoption of product.
  • Develop and demonstrate a high level of understanding as to how our end users utilize our solutions to optimize their processes, and gain efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Project Manager and Customer Success Managers exchanging information including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise.
  • Create a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound implementations.
  • Provide post launch support, working effectively with Client Success team members to increase usage and ensure issue resolution.
Skills and Experience

Required
  • 3 years of experience managing software development projects.
  • Experience working at an automotive software company.
  • Demonstrated success working in a deadline driven and multi-task environment.
  • Strong understanding of dealership technology systems.
  • Passion for Client Experience and ability to be a self-starter.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, written and verbal.
