are
individual contributors
who successfully establish, maintain, and enhance credibility, communications, and relationships with Distributers and clients to sell Benefit Accounts (FSA, HSA, HRA Lifestyle and Fringe), COBRA administration and Compliance Solutions to new and existing clients.
The
RSD
has primary responsibilities to coordinate and functionally manage all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through Health Insurance Agents and other Financial Services professionals (Distributers) who provide and consult on services to business clients of all sizes.
TASC is the only third-party administrator to deliver an experience for our referral partners, employers, and their employees that combines employee benefit accounts with Benefit Continuation offerings like COBRA, Leave of Absence and Retiree Billing all on one platform, one website and one mobile app, We're ready and eager to provide innovative solutions that help eliminate siloed benefit administration for employers of all sizes.
We are adding 15 new RSDs nationwide with the release our new state-of-the-art, cloud-based proprietary Benefit Account and Benefit Continuation administrative system called MyTASC.
Qualified candidates will live in the Seattle, WA metro area and will work from their home office.

Qualifications:
Education and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
At least 3 years professional sales experience is required
Previous Benefits industry experience and/or connections is highly preferred.
Must be located in the greater Seattle metro area and possess a valid driver's license
