Responsibilities:

Lead the Preconstruction team through the full estimating process for new ground-up construction projects (Commercial/Industrial).

Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Project Management to ensure accurate project bids and successful project execution.

Develop and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

Handle competitive bids and negotiated proposals for multiple projects simultaneously.

Lead and develop the estimating team.

Requirements:

6+ years of estimating with a GC or Concrete/Civil Subcontractor

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (Preferred).

Proven experience leading the estimating process from cradle to grave.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
