We invite you to join our newest team at the Shady Knoll Center for Health & Rehabilitation -: What You'll Do: As a Dietician, you will evaluate the nutritional status and implement nutrition care plans for our residents. Your expertise will guide our culinary team in providing balanced and wholesome meals that support the health and vitality of those in our care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for residents Develop and ensure the implementation of individualized nutrition care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure nutritional adequacy and compliance to federal, state and local regulations Assist food service director in managing costs, overseeing food preparation and service, and developing department staffing plans Educate residents, families, and staff on nutritional requirements and healthy eating habits Monitor and evaluate residents' nutritional status and make necessary adjustments to care plans If you are committed to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals through nutrition, join our team as a Dietician.
