Below are the requirements. More specifically, looking for someone that has lead migrating the Finance business from legacy financials systems to Oracle Fusion SaaS Cloud ERP/EPM/Procurement systems for a large $10B+ organizations with strong agile, waterfall and leadership mindset.

Experience planning, leading and implementing large-scale ERP implementations.

Experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM, preferably migrating from on-prem Peoplesoft Financials to Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP/EPM/Procurement.

Experience collaborating with Oracle, Solution Integrator, Finance business and Internal IT teams in defining and driving an enterprise project plan. Responsible for managing project resources, issue/risk, budget, project communications, steering committee communications, dependencies/milestones and overall project dashboard.

High-level understanding of change management and ability to collaborate with OCM, process engineering and corporate communications teams in driving change management plans.

A deeper understanding of applications integrations and integrations architecture.

Over 15 years of proven and hands-on project and program management experience in delivering both waterfall and agile projects and programs, at an enterprise level.

Quick learner and self-starter that is not afraid to face ambiguity, demonstrate integrity and hold the cross-functional teams accountable.

A solid exec. leadership level communicator.

PMP and Agile certifications are a must.

A cloud-certified professional.

Grocery Retail and Distribution experience is a plus.
