General Summary

The Head of Partnerships plays an integral role in leading our strategic partnerships initiatives and driving growth through strategic alliances and collaborations. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, resellers, and industry associations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Identify and evaluate opportunities; source & evaluate potential partnership opportunities, assessing strategic fit, market potential and financial viability that align with the company’s product roadmap and market positioning.

Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including technology vendors, resellers, and industry associations.

Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and mutual benefits for all parties involved.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to drive partnership initiatives and maximize impact.

Develop & implement a partnership sales motion (acquisition, onboard, retention), including roadmap and methodology that is rooted in co-creating unique value propositions with target partners.

Drive joint marketing and sales efforts with partners to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.

Track and analyze key performance metrics and partnership KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of partnership initiatives.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the SaaS industry.

Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Experience with identifying and implementing a partnership software tool for data & performance tracking.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and delivering value to partners and stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making.
