Some of the Functions Include: Supervise visits between children and their family members Assist other staff in the supervision of family visits Document case notes in the FSFN system Maintain accurate records of all completed assignments Assist with transporting clients to appointments, as needed Complete visitation reports, which become part of the client file Minimum Education High School Diploma with some college preferred Minimum Experience/Skills Must be computer literate Ability to work independently Strong organizational skills Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, managers, and the public Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing Knowledge of local area Ability to set appropriate limits and boundaries with clients CFCE is a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
