Customer Service Representative

Our Ideal Candidate
We are on the lookout for a positive, highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team with a focus on high volume inbound and outbound phone call initiatives. The ideal candidate excels in navigating and overcoming customer concerns and challenges, remains calm under pressure and delivers an unwavering commitment to excellence. Beyond technical proficiency, our preferred candidate values teamwork, prioritizes customer service, and actively fosters a positive attitude in all aspects of their work.
Basic Requirements:
- Proven work experience in customer service or similar role within the customer service industry
- Schedule is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays time and half on weekends when needed
- Sales Force CRM experience is a plus
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Attention to detail is a must
- Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer centric attitude
- High school degree
- Strong ability to adapt and learn quickly in a highly motivated and positive cultural environment
Responsibilities:
- Answer high inbound and outbound call volume 60+ call a day
- Take detailed notes from each inbound call describing the homeowner's project/issue
- Accurately input all customers info name/address/phone/email into CRM
- Sales support for schedule changes and cancellations
