In this role you will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.

* Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.

* Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.

* Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

* Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customers service expectations.

* Check availability of inventory or production

* Other functions as assigned and necessary, these will include limited administrative tasks that are involved in meeting customers needs

* Enter variances

* Review customer requests: missed shipments etc.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

* High School Diploma or GED required.

* Must have good client/customer focus.

* Must have excellent problem-solving skills.

* Must be organized and detail oriented.

* Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Must be willing to work in a team environment.

* Should be well versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.

* Prior customer service experience

* Prior use of customer relationship management software (CRM)
