The Marketing & Operations Manager position is a dynamic role that plays a vital part in running the operations and supporting the marketing of Maven Financial Partners. Maven Financial partners is a financial consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas that provides small healthcare businesses with financial awareness, clarity, and strategic advice.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of office administration
  • Prepare for conferences and speaking engagements: prepare presentations, order collateral materials, manage deliverables and due dates
  • Recruiting and Hiring: post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews
  • Employee Onboarding: administrative orientation and coordination
  • Sales Assistant: attend virtual sales meetings, send proposals
  • Lead Management: manage CRM, implement sales funnel process
  • Marketing Coordination: oversee social media posts, coordinate blog postings, deploy newsletters
  • Client Billing

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years experience in administrative, operations, or marketing role
