SHIFT:Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 pm

SALARY: $23.00-$27.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience) + Full Benefits Package

LOCATION:West Fargo, ND

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary purpose of this position is to assist Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory items for our customers. The Compliance Associate will help with different duties and tasks as assigned, including but not limited to inputting, maintaining and retrieving data using computer systems and ensuring that the information isaccurate.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage driver compliance.
  • Assist with the management of the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse program for customers.
  • Assist with FMCSA regulatory items for customers (motor carriers) as needed.
  • Acknowledge the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations and how they apply to job duties.
  • Data entry.
  • Scanning & uploading.
  • Electronic file management.
  • Monitor scheduled services and provide service due notifications to customers.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Collect donor urine and/or oral fluid specimens for DOT and NON-DOT drug testing.
  • Administer the BAT process for DOT and NON-DOT alcohol testing.
  • Process and package collection specimens and/or shipping.
  • Administer consortium process for DOT and NON-DOT programs.
  • Serve as intermediary between contracted laboratory and TNC.
  • Embrace and demonstrate the qualities of the TrueNorth Steel Game Changer definition.
  • Prompt and dependable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned
