This role offers a competitive salary range from $130,000 to $155,000, along with equity options. If so, this opportunity is tailored for you Our rapidly growing company, having successfully secured over $14M in seed funding, is expanding to meet increasing demand. As we scale production and double our team size in the next year, we are seeking a dedicated DevOps Professional with SysAdmin/On-prem experience to spearhead all things DevOps. Key Responsibilities: CI/CD Management : Take ownership of CI/CD processes for code pushes, pull requests, and automated builds. Develop a binary deployment mechanism for smooth and effective delivery. Configuration Management : Implement robust configuration management for individual robotic systems, which require unique and manual setups. DOD Compliance : Navigate DOD compliance requirements. Familiarity with government compliance and security regulations is highly beneficial. Integration with DOD Tools : Utilize tools like SonarQube and Nessus for the DOD Authority to Operate (ATO) process, integrating seamlessly into the CI environment. Infrastructure Development : Design and build infrastructure from scratch, creating a clean-sheet design. While we have foundational tools like SonarQube and Docker, theres ample opportunity for enhancement. Preferred Qualifications: Linux Administration : Strong skills in Linux scripting and configuration are desirable. Robotics Experience (Nice to have) : Hands-on hardware experience, particularly in robotics, is a plus, as the environment will be primarily on-premises. DOD/Military Compliance Experience : Prior experience with DOD compliance, especially in a DevOps context, is a significant advantage. Familiarity with ROS2 : Experience using ROS2 (Robot Operating System) is considered a bonus, particularly with SENNO.
