Toyota of Greensboro is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing records, reconciling warranty claims, and submitting warranty claims to the factory and distributors in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Processes warranty claims in accordance with Manufacturer Guidelines
  • Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor
  • Posts credits received for payment of warranty claims
  • Prepares CSI documents
  • Maintains warranty parts for scrapping or refund in accordance with Manufacturer Guidelines
  • Follows up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims
  • Files warranty documentation and maintains records as necessary
  • Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
  • Participates in required training
  • Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience preferred.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
  • The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel
  • Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting
  • Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with customers, employees, and factory and distributor representatives
