You'll start your day by examining patients and diagnosing common orthodontic problems, utilizing x-rays, impressions, and other diagnostic tools to craft individualized treatment plans. You'll spend your time treating patients with braces, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances, ensuring their treatment progresses smoothly and efficiently.Throughout the day, you'll engage with patients and their families, discussing diagnoses, treatment options, and costs, always providing compassionate and personalized care. Detailed record-keeping and adherence to orthodontic guidelines and standards will be a crucial part of your routine, ensuring the highest quality of careSCHEDULEOur full-time Orthodontist position offers a balanced schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the potential for additional hours on Fridays. This schedule allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while dedicating your time to transforming smiles.QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSBachelor's degree and Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degreeCompletion of residency with an accredited orthodontic programActive dental license in FloridaExperience practicing orthodonticsAbility to work calmly and confidently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to provide high-quality patient care with great attention to detailStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsJOIN USBusciglio Smiles has been providing exceptional pediatric and orthodontic dental care since 1972, and we have no plans on stopping anytime soon.
