Your New Role

We're currently seeking Direct Support Professionals for all days and times, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings throughout Northwest Indiana.

No prior experience is required. Direct Support Professionals at AccessAbilities make an impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by:

  • Mentoring individuals to live their best lives and achieve their goals.
  • Ensuring integration, inclusion, and participation in the community by transporting individuals to community events and everyday activities in Northwest Indiana.
  • Teaching and assisting individuals with independent living skills, such as meal planning, healthy eating, grocery shopping, hygiene, financial management, cleaning, medication management, and much more.
Requirements:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have a reliable vehicle with valid auto insurance coverage and an acceptable driving record.
  • You have a passion for mentoring others and making an impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
