The Customer Service activities include supporting our internal Design & Sales Teams by coordinating with key customer accounts and/or territories independently, quoting pricing to customers, providing product and services information, processing orders, following up on orders and shipping dates, working with outside sales associates, setting up new items, and other customer related activities.
