Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an HR leader and strategic thinker to help us design and implement processes, programs, and systems. The ideal candidate will:
Establish and execute a long-term vision for HR processes and systems with robust delivery models.
Create and implement an HR leadership plan aligned with our strategic business objectives, anticipating and addressing evolving business needs.
Act as a change advocate for company-wide strategies and initiatives.
Provide daily support and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, addressing queries, ensuring compliance with employee programs, creating job descriptions, and facilitating employee onboarding.
Advise and guide employees and management at all levels on employee or management issues, adhering to company policies, procedures, and relevant laws or regulations.
Offer coaching and guidance to senior leaders, managers, and employees on all aspects of performance management, including feedback, goal setting, and compensation planning.
Develop and implement integrated workforce and talent strategies.
Stay informed about external trends and internal needs to create effective people plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Over 15 years of HR experience with demonstrated success, including at least 8 years in HR leadership roles.
Proven ability to quickly build strong relationships at all levels to develop and influence strategic initiatives.
High level of initiative with the ability to lead a distributed team in prioritizing tasks, managing cases, handling ambiguity, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
