Are you a skilled HR Coordinator looking for a new challenge? Our client in the industry is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an HR Coordinator.

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Plainfield, IN

Pay Range: $30.00 weekly paid

Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PMMonday - Friday

What's the Job?

  • Assist with the recruitment and selection of new employees.
  • Support site recruiting events and post job openings.
  • Maintain tracking of candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Onboard new hires using the company's onboarding platform.
  • Ensure all pre-employment requirements are met.
What's Needed?
  • At least 1 year of experience as a HR Coordinator, HR Generalist or HR Admin in a Manufacturing or Warehouse environment preferred.
  • Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (PeopleSoft experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
