- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and qualify new suppliers.

- Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve supply chain efficiency, including automation and integration with other systems.
- Analyze supply chain data and report on key performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain a risk management plan for the supply chain.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of the supply chain with other business processes.
- Lead and mentor team members responsible for supply chain operations.
- 15 + yrs of related experience
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in supply chain management IT, including Oracle Order Management, Global Order Promising, Inventory (Receiving, Inventory Management, Shipping, Picking, Counting, Basic Planning), Costing, and Procurement Modules.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
- Experience with exporting and importing data from Oracle SCM systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Experience with leading and mentoring team members.
- Travel: Able to travel to customers for various project milestones.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Certification: Oracle certifications preferred. APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation is a plus.
- Work Authorization: US Citizen or GC Holder in the USA
