Directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the patient registration, check-in, check-out and insurance verification process. Informs patients of costs for care being provided and guides them to appropriate resources for further information. Answers telephones, relays messages and greets visitors/patients. Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external customers.
