|| The RICFB seeks a Director of Individual Philanthropy to || strategically identify, cultivate and solicit donors for gifts of || $5,000-plus through written communications and personal visits with || current and prospective donors.Create, execute, and track the moves || management strategy for all individual major donors in assigned || portfolios. Also, craft strategies for marketing planned giving || opportunities and soliciting planned gifts as appropriate.This || position reports to the Chief Philanthropy Officer and works closely || with the CEO and Board of Directors. Familiarity with Raisers Edge || NXT or other fundraising software and five to seven years of || successful major gifts fundraising experiencerequired.
